Sirius Educational Centre invites gifted children and teenagers of ten to seventeen to 21-day programs, where they can learn new things, have fun and exercise. The complex allows for simultaneous accommodation of 600 students. They stay in the existing building combining administrative functions with those of halls of residence. On the Black Sea coast, three more buildings will be erected: School, Sports, and Arts. Architecturally, the new buildings are varied, but maintain a uniform plasticity of streamlined spherical and ellipsoid shapes. This solution distances the new building from the existing structure, making them look more like park pavilions than actual houses. The streamlined outline visually diminishes the actual dimensions of the buildings and allows them to become a natural part of the coastal landscape without bringing a more urbanistic note. Another important aspect is that the architecture of the new buildings is consistent with the Olympic sports facilities, particularly with the Fisht Stadium, which is directly visible from the complex.
